Update needed
The app isn’t showing any pictures of the plates and every time I check out it says order total must equal the price you’re paying. There’s a glitch and it needs to be fixed.
Not so good
I did not receive the standard items that are included in the chicken tortilla soup at other locations and according to the menu. It only had chicken & rice, no guacamole, roasted corn, zucchini, etc. The tres leches cake had no sliced strawberries on top as I’m accustomed to. Considering the amount of time it took to prepare the meal, I assumed it would be up to par. Also I observed employees drinking modelo beer on the premises.

I mess with yall real heavy but today my order was awful and I mean awful my jalapeños was under cooked and my chips was wayyyyy to much salt on them. When I buy from the NLR on the border I get my food fresh and always delicious. My jalapeños was soggy and not crispy. Money wasted
New menu
This has been my favorite restaurant for a very long time. I just ordered my dinner when I got it. There was so many things that were different and the food was so gross. I will never eat there again.
Needs improvement
When someone does not want beans or rice, there is no option for that. Also no option to remove some of the other “basic” stand toppings. It is a pain and a waste of food to toss almost half of what they send since it was not asked for or needed.
1st online order
I typically sit in house to eat. Food quality and portions are always great. However, my online app order of a bowl of queso was less than a cup of queso for 11$ I am highly disappointed.
To Go
In store is always amazing I’ve ordered delivery twice now and both times didn’t receive salsa very frustrating and takes away from the meal!
They barely give you anything when you order on the app
I placed an order on the app to my local restaurant and every single order was either wrong or the portions were extremely disappointing. One of the orders was supposed to have double black beans and it looks like they dropped 5 singular beans into one part of the Togo container. My dad asked for no guac and still received guac and the “flag” had about 2 shreds of lettuce. Overall I felt like the lack of care towards the portions and specific instructions would never happen if I was eating in the restaurant, or at least I hope it wouldn’t happen. Next time I’ll call and order over the phone when I need a to go order, however I don’t know if that will make a difference. :(

Fantastic taste and service just slow
I’ve been eating at OTB since I was old enough to chew solid foods and I’ve always loved it. I will admit you don’t go there if you are in a rush as getting your food can take some time; but the chips and salsa flow while you wait! I am sad that my next generation won’t ever know how good their Kahlua pie was.

Not many options in app
Meh. Basic ordering. Can’t customize much. (Like sub a specific meat or allergy note). Automatically adds a tip, which I find rude.
