I love OTG, and will always go here. I was excited when they implemented the app because convenience is huge. However, this app is not user friendly on ordering ahead. It is really only great for points tracking. I hope they have that fixed one day. Tons of potential

Love that there’s an app…

…but looks like there are some kinks to be worked out. Ordered on the app, got email confirmation, went to pick up and my order wasn’t there so I was asked to go to another OTG and they didn’t have it either.
