Horrible app. It doesn’t load your favorite teams half the time and it defaults to ACC stories for me despite none of those being anything I have favorited
Wouldn’t waste the money
The articles themselves are ok.. sometimes. Decent writers, not the best. But if you’re an educated person, don’t go on the forums. It’s just full of uneducated old racist people. It’s not worth it in my opinion. Very unfortunate to witness.
Two apps
I recently signed up on my computer, and later downloaded the app. A couple days later, I have two On3 apps with the same name on my iphone home screen. One says Presented by BetMGM when it is booting to differentiate the two. Why are there two identical apps, this is adding unnecessary confusion. I prefer the PC experience also, UI needs some work.

Forum Selection
First, overall the app is good enough. However since a recent update every time I go to the forum area instead of taking me to my team’s specific forum(s) I get taken to a list of every forum. Not a deal breaker but annoying nevertheless.
Horrible support
I had issues with the forums and the moderators being disrespectful to a lot of people in the chats. Moderators should be cutting that stuff out, not piling on. When I brought this up to customer support, they disregarded it and immediately dropped my account rather than addressing the issues. I expect that kind of garbage from a free site but not one that requires you to pay to be disrespected. Shame cause they were a decent site for sports info but I will not pay to see people disrespected so I have lost all respect for this company!

need applepay or paypal
my credit card didn't work with this app and they are not giving people more options like Apple Pay and PayPal or I would've been easily able to update my subscription. That is a shame because I would've updated it if they would make it more easy to do. I use virtual cards if I can't use my Apple Pay and their site didn't work with my virtual mastercard the app is similar I'm sure but what I need is more options for subscription besides the one payment method. I haven't used my physical card in 28 years and I will not start now

Fix your stuff!
Worst app on my phone. Took away the ability to pick my icon, or might as well have since it doesn’t work. Constant ads that make content unreadable. If they didn’t own ksr it would have been gone long ago. Luckily they have several good writers that keep me coming back
Only Shows Notifications When the App is In Use.
The biggest knock on this app is while they offer notifications, the notifications won’t work without the app being open. You don’t get push notifications with the app closed like you do with most sports apps.
Ads
Been paying for months and all the sudden ads are popping up all over and taking up the entire screen. Unreal.
Content is good but app is virtually unusable
The general consensus seems spot on. The content is pretty good but accessing it from this app is a waste. I can’t even get the icon to change to my school. Pride in the product says a lot and I will be seeking a refund if they aren’t able or willing to spend the effort to make it work like every other app knows how to do.

Update made it worse
Updated recently and now it frequently signs me out. My other main gripe is that I have a subscription that is >$100 annually but still have to deal with ads all over the place. I understand partly on the main On3 site with national stories and rankings but wish we could remove them on the individual team sites/MBs.
Please fix the sign out issue though it is very annoying.

Payment Problems
I subscribed to KSR + I paid the $11.99 monthly to access all the articles, four days after the money has came out of my account the articles are still locked. I contacted customer support multiple times and nobody responded so they basically just took $12 from me and ignored me teaching out. Thanks for nothing.

Constant pop up Ads
App is virtually unusable, besides 30 to 60 second ad videos that pop up with every article, pop-ups occur while scrolling menu for articles as well as in the middle of reading the arricles. Much better off accessing the team On3 website than using this once good, now unbearable, app.
Good site, bad app
Look, I do enjoy my subscription to On3, but it’s really hard to keep up with news when the app logs me out 2-3 times a day. That’s assuming I’m even able to log in at all. Clean up the functionality a bit, and it becomes a good app.
Getting worse
This app crashes regularly and the amount of adds is a bit ridiculous. I understand that adds are necessary but not even able to get through one story before more long adds pop up.
Ads
Used to be a good app before the ads, but now there’s an ad every 30 seconds and it makes you just want to get off of it. Would be better if there weren’t as many ads or any at all.
Forums unusable
When browsing the forums, the app continually serves up ads. That would be mildly annoying but what is very frustrating is that it’s very difficult to close the ads. The x is usually in the upper right corner but sometimes it’s in the upper left corner. Regardless, it’s very difficult where the x is placed to actually close the ad. I’ve given up using the app and I’m not planning to subscribe because why would I pay for an app that I can’t use on my phone?

This app has been a disaster from the jump. But their owner will just tell you that you don’t know how to work apps…wish my site never came to this network
Constant Forum Issues
There is a glitch where even after logging in, you still cannot view premium content. Deleted and redownloaded the app and still not fixed. Very frustrating.
Renewing subscription
I actually enjoyed this app. Problem is anytime I try to renew my subscription there is a glitch on the app & website that will not allow you to select a monthly subscription, however if you choose to select a yearly subscription for more money, the selection works perfectly. Seems to me they just want 1 type of subscription and since this hasn’t been fixed. You get a poor review from me
