Construction manager
The app works decent. An issue I have is I download a lesson ti be able to complete in my phone and every time I access it I need to redownload it, which can take up to an hour on WiFi. Other issue is having to submit videos for review. Videos need to be extremely short or app won’t accept them.
Love the translation feature
App has helped me in my communication with trades because I can share videos in multiple languages. Easy to use but sometimes the quizzes at the end are a pain to go through. Trough overall its really good.
On3 Works well
On3 has been good for me and my company. We can document everything we do easily and test our team to make sure they get it. Major improvement in our business. Takes time to download the program but it allows it to work offline without cell coverage.

On Target & Desperately Needed
In an industry (Homebuilding) where costly mistakes are all to common, ON3’s approach is leading to much-needed efficiencies. It’s a huge money and time saver. I’ve seen some negative reviews and honestly I don’t get it. For those who embrace the value of being open to constantly learning and doing things better, On3 is hands down the best choice.

Not very useful / gained nothing/ waste of time
Overly repetitive information, each section is ended with a video and those don’t always line up with the lesson. For being forced to use this training I found it to be lacking in vital information that would actually be helpful.
Lots of trick questions/ terrible wording. They don’t use common construction terms and often make up there own.
Overall this became more of a hassle and a burden than anything related to actual training.
