Amazing Camera - Horrible Service
I spent a good deal on this camera. And how is it that the app can’t connect to my camera after I pay $9.99/mo and the service doesn’t work.
App very unstable
The camera works very well, but the app is very unstable.
Rexing Dadhcam App
OnaGo App is horrible. If there were zero stars it would deserve it. Without the app the dashcam is useless. I will approach Best Buy about getting my money back!!
Does not keep video
My camera doesn’t upload ANYTHING to the cloud anymore. And I pay $14.99 a month for cloud service to be able to view previous drives. Doesn’t work and the app is HORRIBLE. Save your money and get a better dashcam.
Horrible app- stay away
Recently bought a Rexing 4G dashcam and spent additional $130 for install at Best Buy. The app is worthless - spent over an hour and it won’t connect to iPhone app. As the dashcam doesn’t have a screen, I don’t know if the camera angle is correct. If there is an incident with vehicle I may not get a valid video. Very disappointed that Rexing wants the user to use this horrible app. I would have given ZERO stars but the option is not available

SD Card playback doesn’t work
Recently witnessed a pedestrian hit and run. Wanted to send the upload footage but the SD card feature was not working i couldn’t upload the footage!
Rexing -4g lte2
I recently purchased rexing 4g lte2 and got it installed by bestbuy geek, but on my iPhone app with the latest iOS installed does not even work to add the devise. Even bestbuy tech guy failed to add the device to app. Looks like all the buttons on the app is disabled. It is worst app I have ever seen.

A bit difficult to set up, but was able to get it to work and when its set up its great
App is worthless
Downloaded the app restarted my phone. The login screen won’t let you do anything but look at a login screen. As for how the camera functions no idea being that I can’t even use the app.
App freezes on iPhone
A lot of bug and issue with app it’s freezes on iPhone works good with other devices could be better

The camera itself imo is great. Got it half off at bestbuy so theres that. Hardware installation is relatively easy and video quality is decent. I think even at full price, i’ll buy it.
BUT now the app….intuitiveness, user friendliness, gui design, and overall experience is terrible, i mean come on developers i think you can do better than this. You already have a very decent hardware, i think just a few improvements, enhancements, bug fixes, you’ll have a great product. Right now if anyone asks about dashcams, im telling them avoid this.

Works Great
Great for realtime viewing while the vehicle is driving and itinerary tracking.
Red tiger camera VS 10
The app continues to freeze on me, not allowing me to unconnected and reconnect my camera. Just continues to freeze makes the camera useless.
Horrible
Doesn’t connect and if you subscribe it’s easier to cancel your card there is no block to unsubscribe.
The app keeps on shutting off
I’m not liking this experience. I just paid about $300 for the whole camera system and to run into this error with the app for it to have a dysfunction is a total letdown because that would make the camera useless and that’s not the experience that I was looking forward towards.
