Rotor blades will not rotate
Everything appears to work up to the time I press the lock icon. Rotor blades do not rotate. I do not know if the problem is with the rotor motors or the signal between the app and the machine or if there is a problem with the app.
How can I get my money back?

Such a disappointment for my kids, hence me. 1) App will not connect with drone, 2) Drone lights up, but never past the initiation phase, 3) Of course, nothing else works on the drone (like propellers) since we can not get anything to connect! 4) App comes with no troubleshoot section, 5) Clearly this all makes sense since there is no acknowledgement from the manufacture on any of these negative reviews, and their attempt to fix these issues! Do not buy!
