Oncall Shift

Oncall Shift is for engineers who carry the pager. It keeps your rota, reminds you before a shift starts, logs every call-out, and works out exactly what you're owed — standby hours and call-out time, split the way your contract actually pays. YOUR ROTA Add your shifts and your teammates', each in their own colour, as primary or backup. Repeat a week every two, three or four weeks to lay down a whole rotation in a few taps. The schedule shows who's on call right now. REMINDERS THAT LAND BEFORE THE SHIFT Get a notification before your shift starts and before it ends, with the lead time you choose. Only your own shifts alert you. IN YOUR CALENDAR, WHEREVER IT LIVES Shifts are written to any calendar on your iPhone, so they show up in Google, iCloud, Outlook or Exchange without any extra setup. Already have a team rota in a shared calendar? Import it by keyword. WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY OWED Set separate hourly rates for weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Shifts are split day by day, so a week containing a holiday is counted correctly — and a holiday falling on a Sunday bills as a holiday. Log call-outs and the app adds the worked time, with an optional minimum billed per incident. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS WITHOUT THE TYPING Load a full year of public holidays for any of 204 countries, moving feasts like Easter included. Regional days are listed separately so you only take the ones that apply where you work. INCIDENTS IN SECONDS Paste an alert from your pager app, chat or ticket mail and Oncall Shift fills in the ticket reference, the tool it came from, the severity and the summary. It recognises the ticket formats used by the major ITSM and issue trackers. Ongoing incidents run a live timer; monthly stats show how many call-outs you took and the average time each one cost you. PAYROLL-READY EXPORT Share two CSV files for any week or month: one row per shift with hours split by rate band, one row per incident with duration, billed time and pay, each ending in a total. Columns line up in Excel and Numbers without an import wizard. MADE FOR NIGHT SHIFTS Follow your phone's light and dark setting, or pick one of four always-dark themes. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your rota, your incidents and your rates never leave your iPhone. There are no accounts, no analytics and no ads. FREE FOR 30 DAYS Everything works for a month.
