Easy to set up and great customer service. I had a last minute issue where my event was going to expire they replied straight away to sort it. Captured some great memories from the night.

Great for events big and small

We used this for our wedding and it was perfect! The guests loved it and we were able to enjoy photos immediately without waiting for the edits from our official photographer. They also captured moments the photographer would never have seen. It was so good we decided to use it for our honeymoon even though it was just the two of us!

Perfect event camera

I loved using it the app for my wedding day ( I was the bride) . I’d recommend the app to my friends and family for events and perfect for sharing pictures. Also a very helpful team when you have slight issues on the app. 10/10 🩷

Excited to use for my baby shower! Easy to set up

I’m preparing for my baby shower and scrolling through IG for ideas and saw how ONCE can be used to capture moments at parties! I am reserving a PhotoBooth, but I love the idea of capturing moments in time and sharing with others. I checked it out and it was so easy to sign up, I was able to choose the theme, number of pics per guest, edit the background and set the date for the event.
For some reason, I missed choosing the number of guest during their enrollment, but I was able to modify soon after.
I like that my guest will not have to download the app. I was able to download the QR code and order table cards that my guest will be able to scan.

Lost photos

Used this app for my bachelorette and was planning to for my wedding but it lost over half the photos from bachelorette so not worth money at all and don’t use if you want to see the photos again

I just had my wedding 2 weeks ago and Once was the best thing we prepared for our wedding. We tried out all the apps out there but Once turned out to be the most reliable and high quality. 100% recommended for soon-to-be brides! I’m planning to use this for all of our family events ❤️

Awful, unusable

Absolutely the worst app I’ve ever used. Good luck opening it in less than 15 seconds, good luck staying logged in, and good luck trying to enjoy this terrible excuse for an app. I don’t know how they’ve managed to make an app that signs you out whenever it feels like it, and that has no redeeming qualities, but they have. You’re better off closing your eyes and missing every event you’d like to photograph, because at least then you won’t have to deal with this app

Glad I tested this before my wedding. Won’t be using the app is so glitchy. Wouldn’t open all the time. Froze a lot and it was a 3 day even we tested it over and it kept making me resign up when I wanted to just snap a pic.

First try for myself

Tried once and I quite like it. I’m just thinking whether we can have more timestamp options with less opacity in the setting? I love time stamps - nostalgia! For example brand | date only or date with time stamps or timestamps, etc. I love the date formats like YY M DD (26 07 23) :) thanks

10/10 for weddings ⭐️

We had around 220 guests at our ceremony and this app was a hit. Everyone had the best time taking the most hilarious moments - kudos to the team for such an amazing product. The photos were high quality and we loved the vintage filter.

Planning to use it again during my baby shower and my sister’s wedding. Recommended it to all of my friends!!

Missing photos

I took so many photos at my friend's wedding and a lot of them are missing when I've come home later, special moments that I could have captured on my own camera that are apparently lost? Very disappointing for an app that's marketed to capture someone's special day. There are only 14 'moments' after the event but before we drove home I only had 7 pictures remaining on my 'disposable camera' so where are they all?

Hey there, we're sorry that your experience wasn't up to expectations. As we communicated through email, our team investigated your album in detail and found that the venue’s weak internet connection alongside the app being closed during the photo upload process was the root cause of the issue. Similar to other apps, our app cannot function (i.e. upload photos) if the app is completely closed. Our team is working our best to make sure all photo uploads happen safely and as quickly as possible. We hope you get a chance to try out our app again, as we would love to help you take the most amazing photos and have a great experience.

Not worth all that money

I love the concept of this and it’s a good idea!

You have to pay for more than 5 people which I think isn’t very fair as you’re already spending enough money on the actual event.

Video Not creating & No option to contact support

I had one video created, I started my second project and the video is not created. I have my photos but no video. Now I am trying to see a contact email id to contact support and there is none. The company pages redirects to other apps. Pls help.
