Once Upon a Choice: Kids

Once upon a time… your child. In Il était un choix, kids create their own hero, find their name in the story, and at every crossroads they decide: wave hello to the friend who fell from the sky or roll the ball over, keep the new friend close for the night or let it fly home? Each choice changes the next page, and every story ends gently. A COMPANION OF THEIR OWN Kids pick a companion for their age: a little cloud, a star, a raindrop or the moon at 3-4; a cloud dragon, a sea dragon or a winged horse at 5-7. They can give it any name they like. The companion flies on every book cover and shares every story with them. FOR AGES 3 TO 7 Each story adapts to your child's age: short sentences and simple gestures at 3-4, more words and small challenges at 5-7. 22 ILLUSTRATED STORIES The Friend Who Fell from the Sky, Where Did the Moon Go?, Bumble Is Afraid of the Dark, The New Baby, The Toppled Sandcastle, The Friendship Vase… Stories about friendship, feelings, nature and bedtime, with different endings to discover. TOUCH AND PLAY Tap, swipe, count to five: gestures move the story forward. Everything is drawn and animated, with soft little sounds. A STORY ABOUT THEIR FAMILY In the parents' area, tell the app who the grown-ups at home are and whether there is a big brother or sister: the story brings them in. LEARNING WITHOUT LESSONS Pick a goal (sharing, patience, telling the truth, counting to five, colors…): the story weaves it in and, with the "Good night" ritual, recalls it at bedtime. MADE FOR BEDTIME Read aloud by the evening storyteller (an AI-generated voice), by the device or by you, and a calm ending screen. Optional in the parents' area, the "Good night" ritual: the companion falls asleep, the light slowly dims, with a bedtime timer. Each child has a profile, with finished stories and treasures. IN ENGLISH AND FRENCH The app follows your device's language, and every story exists in both. SAFE FOR KIDS No ads, no account. Every story is reviewed by qualified staff. Nothing about your child leaves the device, unless you agree to let the storyteller say their first name. Voices download ahead over Wi-Fi (or when a story opens) and stay on the device, so stories then work offline. Purchases and settings sit behind a grown-ups-only question. SUBSCRIPTION The first story, The Friend Who Fell from the Sky, is free. A monthly or yearly subscription unlocks all the others, with a one-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
