Dull Ending
I love the plot of this game, but there is no more dialogue when you get to Oz. And when you get to the end of the Emerald City, you’d think you’d battle the Evil Queen, but you don’t. You battle the Alpha Gorilla instead! Plus, you don’t find out how Dorothy turned Evil! I need some explanations!

Can’t play
Hey I wanna play this game but it keeps giving me a error message so very disappointing
Can we get some more features
It is getting boring after awhile… need more stuff, building, heroes, options… it takes awhile to get to higher level, but what’s the point?

Update: still no response from anyone in regards to the problem. My issue now is, you can’t advance in the game without leveling up your team. I can’t win anymore levels without leveling up. So basically you make it impossible to move forward in the game without paying something. Disappointing and I am not sure how much longer I am willing to keep playing.

My gem count does not change. I am not going to continue to play until fixed. I have been collecting to increase my Hero chances. I can’t increase it with gems.

Good at first
But then it started just being the same old thing because you’re chances of getting a 3 star hero is rare- and anything larger is impossible in my experience. After months of daily play, I give up. Waste of time
Don’t buy a subscription!!
I like the game but like others have said no one responds to emails about problems or issues and so I have to write this review.
Don’t waste your money on the subscription. I signed up for the monthly subscription of $4.99. I’m supposed to get 30 gems every day, which I do get. The problem is that every 2-3 days a couple hundred gems or more disappear from my accumulated gems. I’ve had the subscription for about a month an a half and should have about 4500 gems but have been unable to store 400-500 gems before they disappear again. The gems are key to getting higher ranking characters early in the game, but when you don’t get to keep what you’ve paid for, it becomes impossibly hard to move forward in the game.

Fun game
I love this game. The last 2 special adventures have frozen up in the last round. Is there any ideas on what to do
Game is impossible to move forward
Unless you plan on buying extras this game becomes lame after a week. Cannot get past levels after waiting to make potions and using them, only to still lose the level. Not fun so no longer playing.
Pregnant man???
I only downloaded this game (then quickly deleted it) because in the advertisement video you have a “pregnant man” as the prince. Just letting you know, MEN CANNOT GET PREGNANT!
Keeps crashing
I love this game, but for the past several days, every time I attempt to play the game crashes as soon as it opens past the crazy labs screen. It’s incredibly frustrating. Thanks for the quick response and for looking into the issue. I love this game and love working to create stronger heroes to beat levels. I did want to update that the game is still closing and I can’t get past the loading screen, which is still incredibly frustrating.

Technical Issues
Fun game but so many technical issues. I just recently deposited money to play and level up and I’ve been receiving an ERROR CODE <IN11> all day. Paid money to not be able to play. 😣
Fun game but this last update….
It’s basically a fun game. I like collecting the heroes, playing the adventure games, and building up the castle. But with this last update, I’ve had to restart the game about 8 times just to get in and do what I do. The summoning takes to long now, half of the heros pics are not there, and it’s just the background screen when playing a battle. Too many advertisements and pop ups to start the game off. Your update could have included multiple buildings (maybe one of each kind of building) can be upgraded at the same time. The ability to add to the heros collection, I think it sits at 25 now.

No settings; no choices
This seems like a good game but there is no settings button, therefore no was to turn off sounds. I typically play with other people around so usually turn off the music and sounds. I need a game that has settings so I can choose what’s happening.
Great Game for Disney Fans
I adore this game.. easy to advance without spending real money.. characters are cute story is good.. game play is fun and easy to get lost in.. I would recommend to to anyone young aged children to my mom.. who now also plays it.. fun addictive easy play game
