What's New in OncoTrack

March 24, 2026

This is the biggest update OncoTrack has ever shipped; and the one that changes who the app is for. Introducing OncoTrack CareGiver Cancer treatment doesn't happen in isolation. The spouse who drives every infusion. The parent who notices the off day before the patient does. The sibling holding everything together from across town. They've always been part of this fight; now they have their own app. OncoTrack CareGiver is a free companion app built for the people who show up every day. Link it to your OncoTrack account with a 6-character invite code and your care team gets: — Real-time symptom logs, so they stop guessing how you're doing before they walk in the door — The ability to log on your behalf on the days you can't — A Good Day / Bad Day heat map so they can finally see the pattern in your worst weeks — Configurable symptom alerts, including a critical fever alert that bypasses Do Not Disturb — A Care Team Directory with one-tap calling for every clinical and billing contact — An Appointment Manager with prep notes, transport tracking, and chemo cycle tagging — A private caregiver journal, visible only to the person who wrote it — A daily caregiver check-in, because someone should be asking how they're doing too Search OncoTrack CareGiver on the App Store to get started. Visual Overhaul OncoTrack itself got a full visual refresh in v2. Log detail views now show color-coded intensity bars, cleaner section cards, and a symptom display that's actually readable when you feel terrible. The calendar heat map has proper month navigation. Dark mode works correctly everywhere. Under the Hood Export now works. Settings navigation is cleaner. A handful of bugs that have been quietly annoying people since launch have been put out of their misery. Thank you for trusting OncoTrack with something this important. This update is for you; and for everyone who loves you.

So far so good

I have been trying this out for a few days now. It has a great flow but I have found the dates don’t match. For example, calendar shows Tuesday November 19, when you click it is says Wednesday the 19. Also the logs history page is dark and can barely be made out. One last thing is I would also add other symptoms that cover different cancers. For example stomach craps and neuropathy.
