Unusable Point System
I downloaded the app to collect points as it’s more convenient than looking for a physical card only to learn you can’t actually use any of the points in-app and I can’t move the points to a physical card to use in-store. Now I have pointless points.

Great, but wish it had points for oncue drinks.
The game is super fun and a nice touch to keep the customers engaged, but I wish they offered free fountain drinks or icees instead of just muscle milks and Gatorade 😝
Great place
I used to go to sonic for drinks but now I go to oncue. The drinks and food are great. Their pizza is amazing. The ap rewards are great too. The staff is always friendly and some are even nice to look at.

They never get the orders from the app until you go in and tell them about it. That defeats the purpose.
Needs improvement
The app doesn’t update your points and doesn’t add your drink club so you can see how many you need. You have to ask at the register, it’s a great app but these things need work. I keep looking for an update thinking that would fix the problem but no updates available yet. Please fix so we can see in real time our points and drink club. P.s. The Watermelon Tea you have is the best I’ve ever had!

A real pain
Stop asking me if I would like to update my notifications twice every time I open this app. If I want notifications, I’ll set it up that way. To be asked if I want to do that every single time I open the app is about as stupid as you can get
