Energy rises and dips across the cycle, and many women feel it. Onda builds each day around where you are in your cycle: a workout or a rest day, something to eat, and a short note on why. The month view shows when your strong days are coming, so you can plan around them.
Had a rough day? Tap "Slept badly" or "Low energy" at the time you set, and tomorrow's workout eases up.
HOW IT WORKS
Tell Onda when your last period started and roughly how long your cycles run. Then say how you like to move, what equipment you have, and anything you do not eat, so you never get a suggestion you cannot use. That is the setup.
After that it asks for two taps a cycle. You mark when your period starts and when it ends, and that keeps the forecast calibrated. Nothing daily is required, and there is nowhere in the app to type a symptom.
Already use another tracker? Keep it. Onda only needs your dates.
On hormonal birth control that stops your cycle? Onda works differently for you: a steady plan rather than a phase plan, with the same daily suggestions and the same daily check-in.
EVERY DAY
Four phases — menstrual, follicular, ovulation, luteal — and a plan for every day of them:
A movement suggestion matched to the phase you are in, at an intensity that fits it. Late luteal, say: low-intensity strength or a long walk, 30–40 minutes, two reps in reserve
A food suggestion for the same phase
A plain-language "why now" on both
PLAN THE MONTH
See the weeks ahead as an energy outlook. Add a date that matters — a race, a first date, a day you have to be at your best — and Onda shows which phase it falls in, so you can plan around it instead of being caught out.
AN OPTIONAL DAILY CHECK-IN
This is the part that makes tomorrow different. It comes at a time you choose. Tap how the day went — slept badly, low energy, cramps, sore from training — and the next morning's movement responds: shorter, easier, or held where it was. It is a short list of options, never a text box. Your phone keeps your answers for seven days, then deletes them. A tally of your last six cycles stays on the phone and is never sent.
Skip it as often as you like. Tomorrow's plan arrives either way, built on the phase you are in.
WHAT LEAVES YOUR PHONE
Onda works out your cycle on your phone, and your records stay there: the dates you enter, most of your setup answers and your daily plan. Using Onda means agreeing, on its first screen, to send usage and cycle data — your phase, cycle day and cycle length, period logs, check-in answers and what you pick under "What keeps getting in the way?" — and screen recordings with text and images hidden to our analytics service, PostHog, in the EU, so we can improve the app. It is never used for advertising and never sold, and no advertising company or data broker receives anything about your cycle. To measure our ads, installs, trial starts and purchases that came from our Meta ads are reported to Meta, with your advertising identifier only if you allow tracking. If you turn reminders on, the reminder text is sent so it can be delivered, and it can name the phase you are entering. Full detail: helloonda.com/privacy
