About
One Call OS is the operations app for One Call team members. The office and the field work from the same jobs, schedules, customers and paperwork, from the first phone call to the paid invoice.
An account from your company administrator is required to sign in. One Call OS is a business tool for our team and is not intended for the general public.

• My Jobs and My Week: your assigned work and upcoming visits
• Call, text, email or route to the customer in one tap
• Add notes and jobsite photos to the job
• Time clock: clock in and out, and log hours against a job
• Receipts and costs: photograph a receipt and submit it for office approval
• Mileage and company tools

LOCATION
While you are clocked in, One Call OS shares your precise location with dispatch and managers, including when the app is in the background. Clocking out stops sharing. Continued use of location in the background can decrease battery life.

What's New in One Call OS
1.8.2
November 6, 2026
New in 1.8.2: - Invoice and get paid: when a job is done, make the invoice from the estimate, add notes, show the customer, send it by text or email or hand it over, and take payment, all on one screen. - Receipts: one place to upload every receipt and expense, by pay period. - Adding price book items says so, and adding the same item again raises the quantity instead of a second line. - Gate codes and access notes show at the top of the job. - Office: Payments to confirm and Day review on the phone, and a flag for anyone who can't clock in yet.
