This app is horrendous.
I have written a review before to express my frustration with their app. The desktop site is great. But the mobile app is absolute trash and whoever is in charge of the app development needs to be replaced by someone who knows what they’re doing. I can’t load any projects that I need to find, even after their “bug fix” updates. Come on guys……

Slow and doesn’t show attachments
I use the desktop version of OneClick and it’s great. But whoever is developing their app is doing a pretty poor job. The app is slow to load customer projects and I swear it needs an update almost every other day before you can use it. But of course when it asks you to update, OneClick freezes. Super annoying. The other thing is that the app has been available for some time now and they still haven’t given us the opportunity to pull up sales agreements for customer files. You can only view their basic info. I’m on the road 75% of the time and it would be nice to pull up sales agreements as needed.

Takes twice as long as is more tedious than any other system Ive used before.
