It lowered the resolution
Not make high resolution but even dropped from the original resolution, made the picture even worth. I don’t recommend to anyone.

This app is a scam. It just applies a sharpening filter. The size of the resulting image is the same. No enlargement and no AI. Refund already requested to Apple.
