Horrendous app
Been trying to complete an ID face check and spent over 45 minutes on face verification and still being rejected! No FAQ or customer support and doesn’t let you manually enter a UK passport!

Verification shouldn’t be easy! But the system is simple allowing various different ways to get clients verified.
