Awful app! Locks u out constantly!
Tellers barely smile to greet you. Also and most importantly, there is no after hours tech help to be reached to help you when the app glitches and locks you out of your accounts at random. Frustrating beyond belief when you spend $$ and are expecting an auto payment the next day and are TRYING TO MAKE SURE THERE IS MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT TO COVER IT! with no warning the app decides your password and login are invalid and wont let you in, even if u try to make a new password. Happened multipul times to me already. Heaven forbid this happens to you after hours. No 800 # to get tech help through. Im leaving this credit union. Rawr!

Constantly Crashing
The new update was certainly an upgrade but the app has been doing nothing but crashing all week long. I can’t login to see my accounts. I deleted and reinstalled the app and still haven’t had any luck getting into my accounts or the app in general. Please fix this!
Needs improvement
Not sure how this app rates so well with other users. It consistently loses my Face ID, causing a required password reset. This takes an excessive amount of time since the email with the password reset code does not show up right away. This has happened so often (and usually when I need to log in for something important) that I am considering just using another bank altogether. Not worth the frustration - I can’t believe they promote this terrible app to their members. It’s embarrassing.
