I’ve been 2 days trying to sing in and it don’t let me because it says i need the admin permission to make an account on this app

Facebook says the app is in development and can’t login through them. Ask a developer for access. Gmail just says can’t login try again later. Apparently it’s not been fixed in 3 years. I’m just gonna guess that people aren’t going to get this app running at this point
