Need major bug fixes-App get stuck

App stuck when trying to redeem a car park coupon. Then it says I don’t have enough points to redeem, which is a lie. Need major bug fixes. At the end I had to pay using credit card.

The merchants doesn’t really know how the points are accumulated? It doesn’t have a guide to it either.. would be used waay more if there was a proper tutorial or something to refer to when starting off. This is fairly new to the people :/

Car park buddy feature not working. Even though I have enough credits to redeem that show nothing to pay and after reaching to gate they are asking money. Really disappointed about the app
