Needs Another Important Feature !

What this App doesn’t provide is the ability to create intervals within a round. For example, I may choose a 2 minute round, but I want the ability to create 30 second intervals during that round where I perform a different exercise every 30 seconds (until I finish the 2 minute round). Please update the App so I can choose to add intervals and I get to choose the length of the interval.

Great speech feature

I wrote a review for this App in 2013 and I'm writing a new one because it has considerably been improved. I gave 5 stars back then and I still give 5 stars now. In fact I would give 6 if I could. I love its speech capabilities which are indispensable when doing intervals and not wanting to stare at the screen to figure how long to endure the pain. Doing bicycle intervals on a home trainer, I put the iPhone in the back pocket of my jersey and listen with ear phones when training. I use the speech capabilities of the App to tell me how much time left to finish a round, when to stop or start, etc. There is no way this could be done as effectively using only bells or other sounds. I wouldn't want to train with anything else. If you want to train without looking at the iPhone screen and want to have a count down of the time remaining for an exercise, you need an App like this one. Note to the developers, when you type the 3 key words 'Interval timer speech' in the search engine of the Apple Store, this app does not show up. This is a shame since it deserves to be on the iPhone of all those doing interval training.
