Support sucks
Videos produced lots of slop. I don’t know if support is outsourced to AI but it sucks. Sent requests for failures weeks ago and still haven’t seen support. Spent a lot of money on the app and still nothing. Not good.

Why offer a paid plan that accomplishes absolutely nothing?
A simple lyric video, no AI character - nothing - costs 7,250 tokens , and that only with the "first purchase discount" , otherwise the cost is 10,000 or so.
A $30 plan gave me 3,250 tokens. Enough to accomplish absolutely nothing. Even if I wait until the second to gain my second monthly instalment of 3250 I'm still short.
At the very least this company needs to re-orient its pricing scheme to be honestly fair and transparent. The $30 plan should warn - nothing can be accomplished with this useless purchase.

just takes your money
this app did not work at all. It’s such a scam. Literally takes all your coins and doesn’t even give you a video and then they’ll take out money from your bank and ask for personal information through your email. I will be disputing this transaction absolute waste of money and time.
