The HP bar chunks away. • Clear a wave, pick 1 of 3 upgrade cards — Goblin Knuckles, Greed Candle, Venom Thumb, Last Stand. Every card has a real effect you can feel. • Every 5th wave: a boss. Bigger, meaner, glowing. The Gravewarden, Maw of Ash, The Pale Saint, Dread Sovereign. • Die, see exactly how close you came ("Boss had 3% HP left." — only when it's true), and start one more run.
