About
One Rock is built on a single question: what is the one thing you are doing today?
Open the app. Name your one thing. Commit to it. The app shows nothing but that task — large, centered, quiet — for the rest of the day. There's a timer if you want it. A notes area for thoughts. A done button when you finish. Tomorrow it resets.
The philosophy is ichigyo zanmai — a Japanese Zen concept meaning complete immersion in one action. The tea ceremony practitioner thinks only of tea. The calligrapher thinks only of the stroke. One Rock asks: what is the stroke you are making today?
One Rock doesn't replace your task manager. It works alongside whatever you already use. It answers the question every productivity system eventually fails to answer: of everything I could do today, what am I actually going to do?
A history log records what your one thing was each day and whether you finished it. Looking back at months of entries becomes surprisingly reflective — you see what you actually prioritized, not what you planned to prioritize.
Available in English, Japanese, and Korean.
