Please help as this app is not saving I have gone back a mth to do a previous mth & not saving
I have paid the upgrade but I can’t even get a preview
Not impressed so far
Only downloaded today and paid to upgrade to the full app and it constantly crashes so not impressed so far. If it didn’t crash it would be a great app. Hoping support can sort the problem otherwise I’ll be looking to get a refund unfortunately.

I have just started using this app. It is very easy to use as it connects to your phone picture, making importing videos and pictures effortless.

Major disappointment
I started saving videos in January 2024. I had to pay for the subscription a few weeks in to continue saving. I diligently saved photos/videos for 365 days. I went to export my 2024 video and it does not work. It locks up and then proceeds to lock up my entire phone. I’ve contacted the company twice for assistance and they have not responded. i’m way more upset about the hours of my time collecting and building over the year than I am about the $20. They didn’t even respond to refund that.

Worst App Ever! Do not use it!!!
I paid for premium 12 months ago and have never able to access it.
After 12 months of using the basic version, I can’t even download my video. One second daily just keep shutting down before I can download it. Absolute waste of money and time! So disappointing.

Glitchy and can’t download video
First of all the price of the app is hidden - you have to write a review in order to continue using the free version of the app which is already wrong and you then after several days you have to pay anyway. It’s very unclear about how much it will be in advance so you’re already sort of locked in (though it is cheaper than others £17.49). Then when you’re actually using it the app, it’s very basic - videos don’t upload properly or it crops them strangely in the actually video but not when you upload to an individual day so you only find out when trying to watch it back. On top of that, it always crashes. In order to watch bits of the video throughout the year it often takes 3-4 goes of opening and then the app closing before it will do it. After using it for 12 months I’ve tried to download the whole year and it has crashed every time. I have honestly tried over 50 times at this point. Given that is the whole point of me buying the app in the first place I’m really disappointed and it feels like a great big waste of time. Would not recommend at all.

Upgraded app freezes
Trying to export the videos and the upgraded and paid for app just freezes and doesn’t make video for less than 4 months of photos
