Customer service needs help . You would think a big successful business that promotes all day long would have exceptional customer service but no . It takes them more than a week to get back to your questions and concerns and that’s with you trying hard . I believe customer service is a very important thing that matters overall and One Sol just isn’t there . I hope they do better
