Unable to verify

I downloaded this app and did the registration process. I went to login and I got a notification saying that I needed to verify my email address. I have been waiting for over half an hour and I still have not received an email in order to verify my email address. So I cannot login and use this app

I submitted to the developer twice and hopes to find a way to resolve this issue and be able to use this app and I still have not received anything from the developer. A NO for me.
