熱が酷い

アプリを入れて設定しないとプランの補償も効きませんよ！なんてメッセージが来たので入れてみたら設定をしてる少しの間でスマホが結構な熱を持った。
不安になってレビューを見てみたら同じような症状の報告があるし、iPhoneなら自前で迷惑メール機能も付いてて明らかに不審なメッセージや電話は自分で弾けばいいから不要かなとセキュリティプラン自体も解約。
よくこれでお金を取ろうと思えたなというレベル

全てが不親切

設定手順の説明が不明瞭！

説明の中にある画面が、iPhoneのどこにあるか分からないものが多数ある。
例えば、自分で設定完了を判断するのはいいが、判断する画面がどこにあるのか分からなければ判断のしようがない。
また、safariの設定を何度やり直してもセキュリティoneは完了したと判断してくれない。それをただ「やり直してください」の説明だけでやり直させる。全て設定したと思ってる人間がそんな説明で納得するわけないでしょう！実際書かれたことは全てチェックしたうえで設定完了させようとしてるのに完了しない。
みんな「どこの設定が漏れてるのか表示しろ！」と思ってるのではないでしょうか。
セキュリティパックを入れたからアプリを入れましたが、設定だけでストレスが半端なく上がります。セキュリティは向上しているかもしれませんが、設定作業をしていると本当に機能しているのか不安になります。
正直、アプリを消そうか悩んでいます。

その都度このアプリに報告してるのに、ブロック一切できてないですよね！
一体何のためのアプリですか？
毎月600円も払わせておいて、役目果たしてませんよね！！

大変申し訳ありません、少し前に不具合を，投稿しましたが
落ち着き、再起動、再登録しましたら
wihi接続出来るようになりました

迷惑メールが増えた

ダウンロードしてからしばらく、
危険サイトチェックのみ外してあったのですが、毎日のように設定が終了していませんのメッセージがあり、めんどくさくて危険サイトチェックもONにしました。
その直後から迷惑メールがとんでもない数が入ってきました！偶然かもしれませんが、セキュリティONEが原因かと思い不安です。解除しようか悩んでいます。
