Display is crystal clear now, like the damage was never there

Could see them repairing my phone in the live section. They have fixed a camera I think on top of every desk where they are repairing. Nicely done with all updates.
Stop promising 2 hours time.
I have booked my device @5.20pm for display change and as per track repair started at 6.30pm and before submitting I clearly asked … delivery time in customer care are you going to deliver today and they said today only. But I was waiting till 9:30pm no updates. So I only called again and got know that .. technician need more time and they will deliver tomorrow only. Common team, just for replacement of display not enough 3 hours, I would have done better in local shop in an hours time. What’s the special in your app. Just pick n drop, Kindly don’t mention will be deliver in 2 hours. Keeping over night my device in unknown place it’s really scary …

Worst Service
On September 27th, I submitted my OnePlus 9 Pro 5G for a display repair due to severe damage. However, instead of returning it on the same day, they delivered it the following day. Upon receiving my phone with the new display, I was dismayed to find that the screen had numerous scratches and the fingerprint sensor wasn't functioning. To make matters worse, one of my stereo speakers had been damaged during the repair.
After numerous follow-ups and escalations, they replaced the display, but the fingerprint sensor and speaker still didn't work properly. This whole experience left me incredibly frustrated. They provided various excuses, and in the end, I decided to request a refund. To my dismay, they returned my phone with my old, poorly repaired display, rendering it inoperable. I'm writing this review to caution others against falling victim to One800's deceitful practices. I had to pay 16,040 rupees for such a subpar service.
