Customer care, maybe the company should look up the meaning of “customer care” I was actually told my a replacement camera would be sent. It never arrived and now my further follow up emails are ignored!!

앱에서 카메라 설정 추가 등은 매우 편리하고 민족스럽습니다.
하지만 카메라 연결 시 화면이 나오는 시간이 너무 느리며 야간모드의 경우 환경에 따리서는 아예 비활성화 시키는 것이 필요할 때도 있는데
그런 기능이 없어서 야간모드를 꺼서 봐도 다음에 다시 들어오면 또 자동으로 야간모드가 되어 먼 불빛에 화면이 먹통인 야간촬영 품질이 되서 너무 불편합니다. 그외 동작감지 자동 녹화의 경우도
동작감지 이벤트는 이미 시작됐는데 자동녹화된 것은 좀 뒤에서부터 됐거나 하는 등 반응과 동작이 느려 중요한 부분을 놓치기도 합니다.
여러면에서 빠른 개선이
필요합니다

Great monitoring camera
These cameras are good for monitoring and recording if you are right there when something is happening. Initially I too had problems connecting. Moving closer to my router resolved the issue. I recommend the cameras and find them a good value. I have had mine for 2 years and still going strong!
Not worth it, very disappointed!
This camera is not worth the money. It works for a little while about a month, then the camera begins to have problems. The instructions are no where near as accurate as they should be. They appear to miss several steps related to starting the device.
