Wonky log in
Everywhere I’ve worked I have had an issue logging in. It takes several attempts to log in after putting in your user name and password it will bring you back to the log in and after re-entering your info it will say your previous session expired so you have to close the all and start again. Typically by the 5-8th attempt you get logged in. Very maddening.

Inspirational, Divine, incredible
I have never used an app that I like more than OneDay. This app not only changed my life, but changed the life of my children and their children and all future generations of my family. Thank you OneDay. I love this app.

Could be great, as of now it is useless
I am required to use this app in my industry and company. Years ago it worked well! Still has the potential to be good but is impossible to use. App works until it’s a time to actually load and send a video, takes almost 15 minutes to try and always fails due to an “unknown error”. I’ve been in communication with the support team but with no progress for weeks. Can upload a video on the website version but it again takes hours to upload and it doesn’t have the same settings, themes, etc. so videos are not up to standard.

Would not recommend
Downloaded this a few years ago, kids made videos interviewing each other. Went to go watch some and they are all gone. Customer support said videos must not have transferred over when app was updated.
OneDay is a game changer!
I work in senior living and this app is a total game changer!
Just started to use
I am on the current version of 4.7. Honestly I have not taken video through the app itself but on my iPhone. Then I upload it to OneDay. Since I have many families to send my activity events, once it uploads I use “share anywhere” and send it to my work email. After that I share via email since I have my family members emails saved as a group. No crashing at this point……

Loved it until the update
The 4.0 update has made the app basically useless! It’s extremely not user friendly. It took me 45 minutes to send a video because of freezing, crashing and extremely long “processing” time. Awful! Awful! Awful!
Not working
Latest update crashes. Does not save videos, difficult to navigate. Unable to upload anything. Have contacted the company several times with no response. Unable to complete my job because of this.
Not working
New update to 4.0 has caused nothing but issues, there were issues before with videos stuck on “composing” for hours or sometimes days but now the App continually crashes and does not save the content you’re in the middle of creating. There are also fewer choices of interview topics. I am required to make several videos weekly for work and am unable to complete because of constant failure of this app.

Wouldn’t Recommend
The app keeps crashing. I can’t update the thumbnail of the videos. It’s stuck on “composing” before timing out and crashing. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I wouldn’t recommend the app
Nothing but issues with the app
I’ve tried all the trouble shooting that the engineers have told me but still have the same issues. Like to upload pre-recorded videos because I can edit beforehand. Despite all the formats of the videos and lengths being similar, only some videos will upload regardless of how many times I try. Makes what should be a 2 minute process turn into a 2 hour process and it’s ridiculous.

Not Like Other Apps
I experienced the same problem as others in that when you download the App there is no way to actually sign up for an account. You have to get in touch with the sales team in order to get set up. I told them that’s not really how Apps work. I finally got in touch with someone and I’m still not signed up. They said they would contact me tomorrow. Not exactly hungry for clients.

I can’t sign up to set up account
I have downloaded this app and I can’t even set up account. I have sent emails and no one has responded. How can I set up account so that I able to use this app? It takes me straight to a sign in page and I have never set a password, etc... so no luck.

I got this app a long time ago. I had it on my iPod 4 (yes that old)
I realized I didn’t have it on my current device so I decided to redownload it. For some reason it now asks for your email and password, something that I don’t remember doing in the past. I tried putting in everything possible that could let me “log in” into the app but nothing worked. Tried contacting the app developers through the email provided but I never got an answer.
I paid for this app and now I can’t use it. Basically I got my money stolen

Amazing!
Oneday is by far the greatest app out there to connect with the families of our residents. We hear all the time how our family members hadn't ever heard mom's story about her new years celebration and they are so grateful for the video! Each video is like a time capsule into our residents pasts that the family will treasure forever! Working with the team of amazing oneday staff is always a blast! They are professional "Yes Man" men and women and are willing to make our visions a reality. It is so great to know that Oneday has passionate employees who are ready and willing to answer any questions I have. Thank you Oneday! Y'all are a gift to us!
