Crap App
This has to be the worst app in the world. It has zero functionality.
Don’t bother to download it. You would make better use of your time picking the dry skin between your toes.

Pointless
Absolutely pointless app. I installed it with the thought process that it obviously wouldn’t be as good as the full website but at the very least I would be able to see messages - which was my main reason for installing it. Well I was sadly mistaken. It doesn’t sinc and you can’t even view your assignments! I’m deleting it.

Can’t sign in
Faulty ap does not let me sign in, spent hours talking to the support team resetting my password 3 times when it’s your ap. pointless waste of time.

The fact you have to wait to sync your data every single time you use the app renders is stupid.
Terrible
No information syncs and you can’t even use any features on the app which you can use on the browser version
No messages
Wanted an easy way to reply to my messages without having to use my laptop. There is no messages function on the app.
Lacking half the functions needed
Downloaded the app to try and make it easier to complete the learning journal... however it doesn’t exist on the app
Absolutely Shocking
This app is pointless. Can’t access your evidence, can’t access the journal. Try to submit a video from camera roll and it won’t allow it. You have to record it using the app and then the quality of the footage is absolutely useless. Needs massive investment and reworking
Pointless and not user friendly
Utterly pointless app as it doesn’t sync properly, barely has any features for example you can’t create evidence assessments on it and it hasn’t even been updated for the newer iPhones so the aspect is rubbish, if I could give this app -10 I would which is a shame because the site version of onefile is brill. Luckily the site version is mobile friendly or I would be buggered. Please onefile for the sake of everyone’s sanity sort a decent update out

Worst thing in the world
Difficult to navigate around - as a supervisor I don’t even have the option to send an assessment. Very irritating, have to keep contacting the college and support team. Stupid idea to change from NPL
Room for improvement.
The last update to this app according to the store was six months ago. Yet the app itself still looks and feels like it was designed for iPhones from years ago. Hasn’t been updated to reflect bigger screens or to take advantage of new features in iOS.

Very rarely could I access ANY set work nor could I save anything onto there but the app failed to gather any of the information off my account.
Disappointed considering how great the teacher side of it all it.

Great update but could be better
Looks great however it would be even better it if allowed files to be imported from a phone/tablet device. It’s defaulting to photos and won’t let you navigate from this
Can’t find task
The app is very useful but I’m having difficulty finding the task. Only the unit name is showing. If you could view the mail and tasks it would make the all much much much better
Great but lacking an important feature
The app is great, you can view and work on your assessments however it could do with allowing uploads from the iOS files app or cloud drive apps. If you select to “import file” option it only brings up Pictures and Videos. I do a lot of work on my iPad and being able to import my documents would make this app 5*
