Glitches
I love the app for business purchases. However, it is often not updated it’s glitches, and many times I am not able to share the content because it is unavailable on the app.

My messages won’t show up in the app.
I’ll get a notification but when I click on it to view it in the app, it says, “great job, you’ve read everything” or something along those lines.

I ordered wine 2 weeks ago and it keeps saying it was delivered, but I have not received it. I'm frustrated

Game Changer For My OH Business & Impact
This is one of only a few apps I use everyday. I love it, and it’s more rewarding than nearly all the other apps I use regularly (maybe w/ exception of email)! It makes getting started and staying active in my business so much easier. I liked that I was able to import my contacts from my phone on day 1, and that it integrates with my main back office dashboard and customer database. It makes it super easy to text customers to check in after they received their shipment, helps pace me with regular customer outreach. It makes checking in and reaching out with my teammates and customers, fun, rewarding and easier to do (at least a little) everyday. It’s not only improved my productivity but also my purpose daily. Also worth noting that the team of developers has been very attentive when I’ve reported bugs and also launching new features and improvements regularly. 5 of 5 for this Cause Entrepreneur!
