Don’t bother
This app shows nothing for sale even though there are literally dozens of houses for sale. The app doesn’t even show coming soon houses even though they are listed on the MLS. The federal government is correct to go after these corrupt MLS.
Won’t update by zip or address
It forces you to only look at NY area homes, it will not let you search within a desired zip code. App is broken.

Website vs. App
It’s great that the website includes “Pets Allowed” information right below the Description of the property. Zillow doesn’t have this. However, this information is nowhere on the app. In order to be a replacement for the website, this information should really be included. I shouldn’t have to toggle between the website and App and have to copy and paste the MLS ID every time I view a property’s listing.

Deleting this app
This app is terrible. I have to use the web to log on to my account because when I go through the app it tells me my username and password are incorrect and my saved listings do not show in the app only when I use the web.

Preferred app prior to recent update
I feel that the most recent update wasn’t a great one. I constantly have to fix my search in order to see updated homes. It doesn’t just update on it’s own. It also doesn’t show all of the information it used to. I also don’t enjoy their updated website either.
FIX FHE UPDATE!
Was great, ever since the update from mls to one key it doesn’t actually save the homes I save! Making it a PIA. I found a slight work around where I just email the listings I want to save to myself but it would be nice if hearting something actually saved. I saved a ton of listings I was to check out and my whole list was wiped and hearting just doesn’t work at all anymore

No Keyword Searching
This app has some cool functions like map view but zero ability to search by keywords. For example you can’t search for “waterfront: homes or “renovated” or “ranch”. Why so limited?
Horrible
Can’t even sign in for the saved searches. This is ruining a lot of house hunting for clients and realtor.
Apartments
There is not a section for selecting apartments, but other then that great app.
Non functional with errors and non updated information

Old app better
Updated app and suddenly doesn’t recognize any of my user info and when updating has old info. Cannot message or email real time listings. They are all “u known files”- app is horrific
Poor functionality
App always worked great until a few weeks ago when I updated the app. Old listings are being shown with old open house dates. Listings that are not on the market are showing on the app, and not the website. School district does not appear, and floor plan descriptions no longer appear.
Please update. This has made house searching quite difficult.

Why did you change things
No longer lists what rooms are on each floor under the details! That was the best feature!
Rental queries broken
The app no longer show results in the rentals searches for some reason. Even as general search with no specific criteria.
