They take advantage of people, their policy agreement are in their favor no matter what, if you make big money they will blame the user who sent you the money, that he put money into the app fraudulent.
But anyways why should the money reach the girl and play with their emotions then unjustly take the money and block you if you point out the fact that you are right and is their fault the "fraudulent" founds reached you.
