OneLobby is the front-desk app for residential buildings that subscribe to the OneLobby platform. Building staff use it to: - Log incoming packages by scanning the shipping label — tracking number, carrier, sender, and unit are read automatically — or by manual entry - Record resident, carrier, and guest pickups - Log other deliveries such as flowers, dry cleaning, and pharmacy, plus outgoing shipments - Look up units and residents in the building directory Staff accounts are provided by your building's management; there is no self-service sign-up.
