OnePlus remote isn’t working
Everything was going fine until year of 2024 it’s loading and glitching up now please fix this problem
Unable to Connect
I am unable to connect my iPhone 16e to my OnePlus tv using OnePlus connect app to control like remote. I have verified router’s settings it already setup as per steps suggested in troubleshooting steps. Using iPhone hotspot, I am able to connect. Please help.
Disappointed by one plus
I have been trying to connect my mobile to the TV since the last 1.5 years. I have tried various fixes but have never been able to connect with the TV. There was a time one plus in India used to be known as a reliable brand but since the past few years one plus has not given quality in the Indian market.

The greatest scam of lockdown
So I bought this one plus Y1 tv and soon after the warranty period ended, the remote stopped working and one plus kept on saying stay tuned as the remotes are not available for almost 2 years now. The amazing tv doesn’t have a power button to turn it on and the innovative oneplus company never resolved the issue. Absolutely impressed about this one. Genius daylight scam. I don’t understand how are you still in the market.

I’m not sure how this app is developed and tested ?? This app and Tv don’t pair when WiFi is connected to both devices Tv and app is pairing with mobile hotspot this is a long time issue we are facing and there is no update from

Not connecting
Why my phone was not connecting to TV I was trying many times. I am and I have downloaded many times but it was not showing and not connecting. I turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi but also not connecting. Please fix this it as soon as possible.
Doesn’t work on my iPhone xs
It only connects when I turn on hotspot. Doesn’t work on my wifi network even after ensuring AP isolation and guest mode are disabled. Highly disappointed. It used to work earlier just fine.

Today got new tv and updated os to latest on tv, while setting up on latest downloaded connect up its not showing tv on same connected wifi.

Couldn’t connect my oneplus TV with my iPhone 13 which is shockingly bad and was disappointing that the app isn’t working properly and whenever I search for a new device at its initial pairing the list isn’t viewing in the wifi and only can be connected with the hotspot of my mobile device and even now after updating to 16.2 OS it doesn’t even shows up the list even in mobile hotspot….Highly disappointed and expecting a quick recovery from the crash and bug

nice but missing some features
Everything is fine except volume up and down option is not available

Why is this app even there when its do a basic thing firetv is way much better than this my tv is 42k and its can’t even have app that can connect and so much bugs in software where as only 2k firetv stick is smooth like butter on every device … atleast update app so it can connect to tv and do some basic things

App is very simple and nice working but only the issue i am not able to find volume keys.
Forget adjusting volume with this app
It’s ridiculous that the app does not have the most basic functionality of adjusting TV volume! Not sure what the team is doing even after so many people have reported the same issue.

Volume control stopped working
Very important feature volume control stopped working in few hours. No resolution even after multiple tries. Very bad for company like OnePlu not able to give basic app
OnePlus Connects Uses up unnecessary data
Apple store has to definitely check on this app’s privacy settings as it eats up nearly 5.5 GB of space, not sure what it has in its Document & Data. Hence I had uninstalled immediately, quite unsure why this app stores unnecessary data, hopefully it should be having access to any sensitive data.
Screen Mirroring is still missing

Although it’s a good move by OnePlus for extending it to iOS users but seems like few updates will be required to fix some issues like Screen Mirroring, TV On & Off functionality.
In all, I’m happy and welcoming this feature.
