Disappointed – Not Compatible with iPhone
I recently bought a OnePlus smartwatch, excited to pair it with my iPhone, only to find out that it’s not compatible. Despite trying multiple times and following all instructions, the watch simply won’t connect. It's really disappointing that a modern smartwatch from such a reputed brand doesn’t support iOS properly. There’s no clear communication about this limitation either. Feels like a waste of money for iPhone users. I hope OnePlus addresses this issue soon.

Not at all working in I phone
Trying to install and use it with my one plus watch but application is not updated or bug has not been fixed. Application is not at all running and working. I don’t understand if apple application team doesn’t want to keep updated the app then why they has provided this in their app store.
Extremely Disappointed with OnePlus Band – No Updates for Over 3 Years!
I’ve been using the OnePlus Band for over three years now, and I’m incredibly frustrated by the lack of any significant updates. The hardware might still function fine, but the software has been completely neglected. No new features, no performance improvements, and worst of all, no software updates in all this time!
It’s disappointing to see a company like OnePlus, which is known for innovation, completely abandon a product after release. As a customer, I feel completely ignored. I would not recommend the OnePlus Band to anyone. There are far better alternatives out there with regular updates and improvements.
Save your money and look elsewhere!

Do not show one plus watch option in add devices
I have a iphone 13 and downloaded one plus health app but when i goinig to add my devices there are no option to add my one plus watch, only show one plus band there so kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible
Not working for iPhone
I was so proud of using this watch with the greatest of features with a one plus phone. Now that I have switched to an iphone it is devastating to see that i am unable to use this with an iphone. Please add the support for iphone so that i can start using this with my iphone as well. There is no need to keep us one plus fans with iphones out of the loop
