Solid for Many Years
Ive used this app for years and have found it to be rock solid. Transferring information from my Mac to iPhone and iPad is simple as sending an E-mail. Love that you pay once and you’re done. I know my information is secure and safe yet at my finger tips at all times.
It became awful
I really liked this App, I paid for the full version, but now, when a newer version came out, I have to paid again for the features that had already been paid for in my previous version, like edit categories. That’s more of a scam like way of doing business, because this is not a subscription App, but a paid full version.

Support seems to have stopped since 2024
Google image API hasn’t worked in forever. I see there’s a paid version now but hard to convince myself that these issues won’t persist.
Password Manager
I’ve been using this for years. I keep all my usernames and passwords as well as other cards I have. It seems secure. User friendly. Great to have all this information that I can’t remember in one place.
Works well for me - just a minor iOS 26 glitch
The icon for the app, when the setting is Dark mode, shows a dark icon normally. But when it is in a group of icons on the screen, and you “zoom out” to full screen, the white version shows up instead of the dark version. This only happened since upgrading to iOS 26.

Missing Items
I’ve had this app for years and haven’t had an issue until today. I went in to the app for login information only to discover SEVERAL items were no longer there. I can guarantee I didn’t delete them. I checked to make sure the app was up to date, this app hasn’t had an update in 10 months. My device is up to date. The app support link isn’t working so any help I can get, I appreciate it. Otherwise I just spent a good chunk of time writing down the remaining login info and I’ll be looking for a different app or I’ll just stick to trusty pen and paper.

Long term user
Have been using OneSafe 5 for many many years now and have found it excellent, very easy to use and I’m hoping very secure! But like others I won’t upgrade to OneSafe 6 as it seems to be a big step backwards.
Sick of waiting for the app to open
Like other users, I’ve been using oneSafe for ten years, no problem. But lately, every time I want to open it (even if I just went to another window), I have to wait for the app to “optimize for my device” before it will open. This used to be a good app, but it’s so frustrating to have to wait 30 seconds for an app to reopen even if I had it open two minutes ago.
Time to find another password manager.

Used to be great
I’ve used this app for over 10 years and it was great but the new updates have left me looking for another option. Also, my phone was damaged last year shortly after the new version of the app was released and I ended up losing everything stored on the app because backups from the previous version are not compatible with the current version of the app. Huge fail.

- pourquoi n’y a-t-il plus la possibilité d’utiliser le tri-pin que je trouvais très pratique ?
- pourquoi le dossier sécurisé n’a plus de code d’accès ?

Not worth your long time support
If you asked me a year ago, I would have said oneSafe is the best password app on the App Store. Even better than Apple’s password app. I bought this app years ago, almost back in 2015 probably. Since then oneSafe has upgraded the app, supported it, and released new features that aren’t included with this app. All of this is fine, however recently they have added a premium charge feature to get back feature taken away from an already paid for app. To reiterate, I paid for this app 10 years ago, and now they are demanding money to use features I’ve been using for 10 years. Since I bought the app from the App Store, it doesn’t even acknowledge that I was a paid user. There is a reason the oneSafe company is failing. I’ll be moving to Bitwarden which seems to be a genuine company that cares about a users security and finances.

Пользуюсь этим приложением уже лет 10… начинал с бесплатной версии, потом взял купил этот вариант! Может мне повезло) но все эти годы приложение работало очень исправно и четко! Читал предыдущие коменты(( вообще никаких багов или проблем с эксплуатацией! Приложение дает множество вариантов для хранения паролей и данных, как готовые варианты так можно создавать индивидуальные… + оповещение при взломе, с фото самого взломщика) прикольная фича! вообщем все отлично, всем рекомендую!

Sound in videos disappears
Overall good features but some features seem to halfway work. It lets you store videos, but when played back, the videos play no sound, and there is no way to un-mute the video. Phone volume buttons make no difference. Landscape and portrait made no difference. “Action” button has mo option to unmute and “show info” likewise does not have a way to in-mute the videos. I tried multiple videos. All with this result.

Zero support, this one is abandoned on favor of another to make you pay again, no response to inquiries or explanation of difference in the apps so it must be about the money. Very shady, how can you trust them?

I have used OneSafe since it’s initial release. It is awesome, I rely on it totally.
Can’t open. Lost all my info
Been using this app for years. Went to open today and it wont. Try to download the data saved to iCloud to import to new one safe 6 and these files wont open or import. No app support. I have lost all my saved passwords. Nightmare.
OneSafe
I’ve been using OneSafe for years and use it most days. It’s incredibly handy to have passports, driving licences etc stored as well as passwords. The App is easy to use.
I’ve not updated to version 6 as the reviews aren’t so good for that version.
My one criticism is that it’s not possible to export data in a recognised format such as csv so if the developer withdrew the App you’d risk losing everything. For that reason I’m using it in combination with Bitwarden.
I’ve mentioned the issue to the developer but haven’t had a response.
