My primary password manager for a decade until it took over my icloud and file system and decided it was the default app for all documents. When it breaks it breaks hard.

Transfer to new phone
This is an amazing app, has kept all my passwords and logins secure but now that I’ve transferred to my new phone, I can’t open without a password that I can’t remember setting. Please help with resetting password??????

Great Tool
Let’s face it, we all have way too many accounts that require usernames and passwords. This tool encrypts the password so you never get locked out of your apps again. It works very well and I highly recommend it.
Great App Great price
I love the pass code to get into One Safe. It is secure. My passwords are stored securely with ask the data I need including notes. I’ve been using this for years.
Version 6 change lost all data.
Frustrating. Was great as is. Switched to from vers 5 to 6 and all my backups are now useless even after trying to going back to ver 5. Literally have to start over. Disappointing and unnecessary.
Costs to download AND a subscription cost too
Waaaaaaay too much for an external password manager…why so much and a subscription to boot ???

Was this app abandoned for oneSafe 6? No updates in a year and other minor glitches in the app… is this app still safe to use?
Convenient and Encrypted
Used this app for years. Great way to organize information, you can put them in folders etc and search feature is very convenient. Still works when on iOS 26 and it also has an import/export feature over Wi-Fi! Pretty cool!

Super app.. Until there latest supports device sync I’ll have to stick with this aging version.. Please team, would happily spend money on a better, up to date version..
poor UI
almost every time I open the app it makes me wait a minute to "optimize the app for my device." Then there's issues with watching videos in app such as that the image duplicates when scrolling or that the home bar constantly appears at the bottom of the screen, despite being in fullscreen video of viewing mode.

I thought I saved tho iCloud
I noticed that my progress isn't being saved to iCloud from iPhone 10 Max transfer to iPhone 17 Pro Max so I have to start all over again. It's a bit frustrating, especially since my last save was back in 2017. I really wish there was a way to receive monthly reminders to update my exports to iCloud. Also, I tried adding an icon to the file, but it seems like iOS 26 isn't working properly for that. If there's any way you could help with this, I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much!
