However, individual insurance claims and premium payment services, as well as group insurance services, are not currently available to Singapore Company customers. Pension self-service is only available to Macau Branch customers.
How can I submit a claim using OneService App?
You can complete policy service and claims applications for medical, accident, and critical illness, among others, anytime and anywhere through the app's self-service features. For group insurance, electronic claim applications are available to significantly reduce processing time.

Yes, the app offers real-time tracking of insurance application, policy service, and claims progress. You will receive status notifications to keep you informed about the progress of your requests.
