Waste of time
Can’t sign up on my phone but there is an app for phone ? Useless might be complimentary gif this embarrassment of an app. This is why I 1000% support firestick piracy ! Tried to pay and the system is a joke so gladly pirate it.
Worst App
Do not sign up for this. Like other reviews, you cannot go back and catch up on episodes of certain programs. I’ve emailed customer service at the start of the 2025 CPL season and nothing has changed. Lucky I only paid $50 for the year. I’d rather watch the Game of the Week on TSN. Attempting to see the schedule gives anyone a headache. Instead of a vertical schedule, you need to scroll right to left. Most time I forget what I scrolled before and end up going back and forth. The program has a small box, for a picture I’m guessing. I’ve never seen this filled with a picture. It takes up all the space and you cannot read what is on in full. The app was updated for 2025 season but it’s a fail in my books. Creators, look at other streaming apps for reference! I’d vote this 0/5 but somehow I can’t

Just Broken
cant get past the TOC page without an error... sad!
Catalog???
Doesn’t matter which of the listed previous shows you select/want to watch, you can only watch the first episode. No way to catch up or watch different episodes. Audio drops occasionally when live casting
2010 called: it wants its login UX back
Have to log in almost every time I open the app. Poor user experience. And on my Apple TV device that means entering a code generated on the OneSoccer website so the UX there is even worse.
C’mon ladies and gents
As long as I can watch the games live, I’d be a happy camper, but the fact I have to login with user name and password every time I use the app (Roku one is worse) makes me give up a lot of times. Not worth the cost.
Lacks professionalism
Clearly no one at OneSoccer understands the word upgrade or proper responsive customer service. I paid full price to watch on Apple TV. Jokes on me I guess.
Awful streaming app
Hands down the worst streaming service I’ve ever used. It’s like watching some free stream from 15 years ago. Can’t believe you have to pay for this

Password reset failed after email verification and it crashed. Now it won’t open again.
So far so good on the new update
After being unable to log in at first, they have pushed out a new update in time for the second week of the CPL season. No issues getting into the game I wanted to watch, and just glad to have an app with basic functionality to watch CPL on the go
Thoroughly Broken
After not being able to access the app at all for some time, this is a sad return. Select any Sit-Down and they all play Ahmeds interview on both iPhone and Apple TV. No one else. Live TV duplicates the audio on Apple TV so everything is echoed. Try playing any episode of One Soccer Today and they all play the episode from 2025/3/11 on both iPhone and Apple TV. The only function that works is the ability to watch games. This Product team needs to get their act together. We waited too long for such a broken and clearly untested app.

Worst app ever
Can’t cast replays most times. No problems with other apps. Password reset fails after email address is verified. Soooo frustrating.

Login Services Still Broken
I’m unable to log in on the app, same email and password as the website but the app refuses to accept them. If you try to reset the password from in the app, it won’t connect to the server to send the reset email.

Does not work. At all
This may be the single most frustrating app I have ever experienced. The login screen NEVER works, and if you try view as guest there is exactly ZERO info that loads - just a splash screen asking to sign up. Which links to the website, where I can login every single time, but the app claims it’s a bad password.
This app is hot garbage. If it’s going to be the home of the CPL, it needs to step up. I wouldn’t accept this level of failure from a webcam app, let alone one meant to be the broadcast partner of an aspiring sports league.

The one game…
Worked fine until the one game I really wanted to watch. And the only reason I subscribed. Now I can’t stream?
Poor app quality
Half of the time the streams don’t allow me access and then even if the stream will let me in, the volume does not work. Love the broadcast crew and the CPL but, holy, this app needs work
