Awesome !

It’s free and configurable for all

Good app so far

Great connection, no problem easy to use.

Great option!

This is a wonderful app that can be configured to function for any size practice. I am highly thankful to the developers as it is a lifesaver for a small practice that nets zero money but exists merely to help other humans.

Entering Dates

I really like the app with one exception, the screen goes completely black when I try to enter info into fields that require dates. I then have to exit the app and when I go back in, none of the data is saved.

IPad problems

Hi, I have not been able to run the iPad app even upgrading to better internet. It shows a check your speed error. Is this an issue, I’ve re-downloaded and nothing seems to work?

Not bad for a free EMR

It can be a little glitchy and I have trouble adding attachments sometimes. Not very pediatric friendly because missing appropriate growth charts and not templated for well visits. To add past history requires a fair amount of clicking around but I like that there are not pop ups. Diagnoses do not auto populate well but if you know what ICD-10 you want then can just enter that. Some newer pharmacies are missing and I can’t prescribe controlled substances in the free version
It is straightforward and simple which I like

Great system

Love it .., very customizable

Best usability

I've used 5 different products & this is by far the best EMR on the market.

Most intuitive emr design

OneTouch EMR is truly developed with how a physician learned to practice medicine in mind. The creator is mindful of the traditional paper chart format, but the encounter is documented exactly as how a doctor was trained, starting with chief complaint, then history of present illness, etc. The tabs for each visit element can be rearranged via drag and drop for user preference, though.

The great thing about it is that it is fully customizable, including all the text, macros, buttons, etc. The templates for the review of systems and physical exams are easy to customize and you can create and store several types for different encounter types, which really speeds up visits and makes them more efficient. You can drill down as deep as you desire per complaint or element. For those who don't always want to touch a button to enter data, Dragon dictation works seamlessly for most data fields.

One really useful element is the ability to take pictures on your iPad/phone and upload it into the patient's chart where you can also mark on it if needed. This is great for skin conditions. You can also load images from your hard drive, such as anatomical maps, for your encounter type. General forms can also be loaded into the emr as well for added convenience.

There are patient portals, email/SMS reminders, a secure messaging system, and more built in that makes for a perfect self-contained office environment. Billing is easy, too, because once you fill out the superbill, you just enter your PIN number and the bill is instantly electronically submitted if you use a billing service.

Overall, I haven't found a more intuitive and straightforward emr. I have tried several over the years and none of them were structured to document a patient visit the way doctors learned to interview and examine a patient. Other emrs also don't have such a clean, elegant, easy to use design.

This is a very affordable system and the company can have you up and running within days. The subscriptions are monthly and it's not a huge investment to start using like other systems.

I can't recommend it enough!

Great systems

I have used One Touch EMR for the last 6 months. I am excited about the versatility of the program and what One Touch brings to my practice. I have practiced in the inpatient and outpatient setting as well as post acute care. This system can accommodate all forms of practice. I look forward to the upcoming integrated practice management system. It is good to have a system I can customize to my own needs. A good internet connection makes the system even better.

Great product!!!!!!!! Check it out!

Best iPad EHR App on market

I have used many different iPad apps for EHR, all promise life to be better and quicker. However, in most cases all you get is an EHR-light. With the OneTouch EHR App, I have all of the functionality of the computer version through the App. This is the one EHR App on the market that truly delivers an EHR.

Excellent EMR

This EMR has really helped my nursing home practice. I am able to round much more efficiently, because all of my patients' information is available to me at the touch of a button. Plus, the system is very easy to use and is customizable to my needs.

Great software

One touch is a very easy software to learn and has everything that I need to go though my Encounters and Chart quickly. I really enjoy the way the system may be customized for each user and how I am able to use my iPad anywhere I may be to access the database and work. I also like the Support that OneTouch has, being available and always willing to assist. Out of all the EMR softwares I have used OneTouch is the best. I think since it was designed by a actual Physician to me it makes it an extraordinary software. Thanks to OneTouch it has changed my productivity and my life.

Must get!

What more could you ask for? So simple and easy to use, plus designed by a physician! Love this EMR

Easiest EMR I have ever used

I have tried multiple EMR in my practice before OneTouch EMR came along. I find this EMR to be the easiest to use. Printed notes are very professional and neat. Tech support was likewise easy to get hold of. Can't wait till the integrated PM software is functional.

Best yet

Finally, a web-based, physician developed system that provides a simple user-friendly format for both progressive traditional practices, as well as non-traditional mobile care practices. Responsive and competent customer support and reasonable pricing just add to my satisfaction with OTEMR.

Holy customizable! This template system allows me to customize my exam 100% to what I am accustomed to. I could see this working very well for a paper-based practice that wants to convert to an electronic system, but does not want to drastically alter the format of their exam sheet.

I have helped doctor friends struggle through conversions from server-based systems, and I have committed myself to only using web-based formats. What better than a format that can use wireless if cell coverage is out, and can use cell coverage if wireless goes down?!

Meaningful use was easy to achieve with OTEMR as well. Myself and 6 other doctors that I work with successfully met the 2012 requirements, (even after starting on one of the last possible days of 2012).

Do NOT trap yourself into a long-term commitment with a server based company that will use a high up-front cost to trap you into staying with their system... Take it from someone who has made that mistake.

Worth every penny

I can finally say after being disappointed with many EMRs, this is worth every bit I paid for it...it's fast, training is minimal, makes sense to practitioners. Keep up good work guys

Intuitive and easy to use

I've used various EMR products in my clinical emergency medicine practice and I'm always annoyed with administration for buying bloated client-side corporate bloatware with multiply nested menus and an obvious lack of physician-input into the development of the product. I really like OneTouchEMR because its design actually makes sense for a change. The flow of information across the product follows much more smoothly my thought process as I would consider a patient's history and clinical exam. I *love* that there are a zillion drugs already pre-programmed into the platform so auto-completion of patient drug profiles is a snap!

This is a great product and I'm trying to convince my group to switch systems.

Looks good, Subscription Not Free

The EMR portion looks usable and no less cumbersome than any other EMR, but it's subscription only, which isn't listed in the description.
