No Bluetooth
They just won’t Bluetooth with your phone. That’s all it’s a waste of time.

I’ve been using Ontouch from 2005, my wife was using long before that ( she died 2004 )!
I even help support with the old PC program and problem cable!
But I can’t use because VA don’t have code they use a different meter system!
Think I should go with the VA system less problems than getting test strips and lancet through Medicare and supplemental insurance!!!

App does not connect to meters
I tried to update by getting this App for my Vario meter and it never connected.
I called for technical assistance and I was told that it was not compatible and I need to use my old One Touch App.
Very disappointing!

Great way to track blood sugars and more!
This app makes it so nice and easy to track just about anything to do with things that affect your diabetes.
I love that if I buy a food product, I can scan the UPC & it will Import the nutritional info. Great way to keep track of the carbs you are eating, and the calories too! Their list of foods even a lot of chain restaurant items so you don’t have to guesstimate your macros! If you make certain meals a lot, you can input their nutritional info and save it so you can easily retrieve it for another meal, another day!
This app will also get exercise & sleep information from a connected activity tracker!
While this app also has the capability get information from a connected blood pressure system, only a few brands are supported, but you can manually add your readings.
There have been a few times where my blood glucose readings wouldn’t update from my meter, but that was resolved either by a phone call to their support people or by disconnecting and then reconnecting my meter.
When I upgraded my activity tracker, same brand, different model, I didn’t have to make any setting changes for this app! There have been a few times when my activity and sleep weren’t imported to this app, but that was resolved either by a phone call to their support people or by disconnecting and then reconnecting my meter.
Their support people are great! And if they can’t help you fix a problem, they will write it up, and have other people look at it, AND they will call you back!

I’m sitting here 4 the1st time after being discharged from the hospital, trying 2do a finger stick, and it asks for a access code.

Website says to use this app. I don’t have access code so I can’t. Don’t tell us to use when you require a code.
Latest Update Very Buggy
When I first started using the app it was decent. However with the latest update it’s useless! At lunch I entered my BG, lunch and meds. Less than three hours later, none of the earlier in was entered and my entire med list has disappeared. I really want to like this app but it’s starting to leave sour taste.

Still buggy
The last version STILL fails to read the tags set on the meter.
Run a control solution and tag it as a control. Next sync you have a 350 blood glucose reading you can’t remove because the app ignores the control tag and enters it as an actual glucose level.
Tag as after meal on the meter. Don’t worry when it syncs it will still say before meter and you’ll have to tag it again. At least that you can fix unlike the control solution which will mess up you averages

Very Buggy
Crashes
Started out okay
I had high hopes for this app. Really needed something that could track my BG numbers and other health info that I could print out and share with my doc. After the second week it became very buggy. Sometimes it would open often it would not. Sometimes it would sync with meter other times not. When it wiped out my data and started syncing with incorrect times I gave up

Crashes
I would love to use this app,but, it constantly crashes. Doesn’t connect to meter reading. Had to delete app and try again. Has trouble with face recognition... sometimes it works & sometimes it doesn’t. Always asks for pin when using face Rec. Please go back to drawing board and give us an app that really works.
