Worst app experience.

Need more functionality and flexibility like editing resolutions of photo or video. I am facing problems to attach video to my post. I can’t add video with more resolution or size. Worst app experience. I care about app more because all my works I use IPhone not desktop. I am looking now for OneUp alternatives.

Much Improved!

I used this for awhile but was really disappointed with how clunky it felt, but since the update it has improved so much! This is my favorite social media scheduler (and i’ve tried MANY).

THEY ONEUPPED THEMSELVES

The new OneUp mobile app finally feels like a true command center instead of a placeholder. The Calendar view is fast, clean, and actually usable for planning across platforms on the go.

Analytics loads quickly and gives me the essentials without a laptop—perfect for checking post performance between meetings. Being able to reply to comments and DMs directly in-app is a huge time-saver, and it’s smooth enough that I’m not fighting the UI.

The scheduling updates are the standout. Multi-post threads for X, Bluesky, and Threads work exactly how you want—no weird formatting surprises, and it’s on mobile?! mixed-media scheduling to Instagram (image + video in one post) just works. I’ve stress-tested with carousels, short video, and cross-posted threads, and the app stayed stable with zero crashes.

It’s clear the team rebuilt with creators in mind: fewer taps, faster load times, and a layout that makes sense when you’re juggling three accounts and a deadline. If you bounced off the old version, this upgrade makes it worth coming back. It’s the rare social scheduler that’s actually better on mobile now, not just “good enough until you get to desktop.”

Truly amazing!

I like all the features they have added and the prices are so worth it!

Paid $144 for a partially functioning app

This app works half the time. You’re trying to cross post to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook at the same time. The video almost always errors out and you have to go and fix each post separately. If you’re gonna have a system that will cross post whatever video we upload should automatically be formatted to work with all the systems we’re trying to post to.

Stuck loading…

Just got the one week trial online for the starter subscription. I’ve only used it for a day so far, but I’m really liking it on the desktop version. Download the app to check it out from my phone, but I’m just getting the blue wheel of death. It’s just been buffering for minutes and minutes and minutes and nothings happened. I deleted it and reinstalled the app and I’ve restarted my phone a couple times.

Only reason I want is because I like the desktop version and I want to give this a chance.

They charge for this… They charge $$$$ for this 🤡

Terrible app! Just terrible!! This app has the functionality of the first website ever created, it can’t do much, and it’s slow and full of bugs. They have the gull to charge for this! Please, don’t waste your money… they charge $300 to handle various accounts 🤡 and they have no customer service support. The app is a joke, it must be! Save yourselves and don’t waste your time and money on this! It’s terrible! Developer just wants your money 🫰 Don’t give it to them! Seriously, don’t buy this.

Not worth the money.

Some things are the fault of instagram guidelines (requires a business account for scheduling stories) but since One Up knows this, the price shouldn’t be so high.

In addition, the app cannot cross post an instagram photo to the facebook page. You’re forced to add the Facebook pages as additional accounts which is more work and more money.

This app’s developers should either lower the price or work with Meta for solutions.

Great App Needs one simple Fix

And it’s a serious did that all other platforms include: it easily abandons posts. You can be on the last part of a post and you accidentally swipe back. DOH! So I copy the description, the big one, as soon as I type it out. That is it. When you manage to type out a good description and have a killer reel, it does what it says. It needs more fictionally for Snap! It needs to be able to go to Story and Public profile, I haven’t had this happen yet. I just do this in Snap. One App on top of One Up isn’t the worst thing ever. If Abandon is fixed, it’s a 5 star App all day long.

Execellent

The new release is excellent. It seems like they completely redesigned the app, and now it meets all my needs perfectly.

Ideal for managing Facebook, Instagram, and Google Reviews.

Appreciate the review Al Walid!

UPDATE: New App 🔥🔥🔥

The previous version lacked some key features and crashed on occasion. But the new version is great.

Feels like they rebuilt the app from the ground up. Does everything I need. Perfect for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Reviews.

Thanks Dustin, glad to hear you are enjoying the recent updates we made in the app :)

Works great!

I have been using OneUp for the past one year and now finally found the mobile app. It works great and exactly how I wanted it to perform.

Not worth the app

While I absolutely love OneUp the app stinks. You would think in this day and age the app would be cutting edge instead it’s in essence a bookend for lack of a better description. You can’t do anything with it.

Works well

For Facebook and Instagram only

I downloaded the app to see how it works as I am managing tweets and scheduling tweets through a one up account. I found the app is only for Facebook and Instagram. It was easy to log in to my existing account (set up in web browser) but that’s all I can do so I’m not sure about functionality.

Response from developer

Hey Malaraky, that is correct, at this time the OneUp mobile app is only for posting to personal FB and IG accounts via mobile notifications. However, you can access OneUp's website from a mobile internet browser on your phone, and it's fully compatible for use from mobile :) EDIT: OneUp's mobile app now has full scheduling functionality!

Does what it says on the tin

I love this! Used to have to deal with a few more than a dozen pages, now all I need to do schedule a few posts at the beginning of the month and then I’m good. Without a doubt worth it a download!

The best part is the UI is straight forward and clear. 10/10 in my book!
