Waste of time
The app doesn't have credible people working for the visa processing.
They don't read dates, all they did was make me use the app. Made me verify Documents and finally asked to take it for processing with no time to collect passport. App doesn't indicate Processing time or what needs to be done. Save your time as there are many reliable players in the market. App without the end user in mind.
