Good app needs some improvement

The app works very well but it won’t load achievements and occasionally won’t load the leader board. One thing I’d like to see added is something to tell me when it’s time to do a cell balance on the battery. I’ve recently discovered an issue with the watch companion app. It will occasionally stop working and the only way to get it working agin is to remove the app from the watch and reinstall it.

Great App | Great Product

I have 3 OW’s. Started with the Pint. Then went to the PintX and loved both. Then wanted speed and same range plus a bit more stability so I went for the GTS. My favorite to this day. I ride it before work, during lunch breaks and after work during twilight. I still have all three OW’s and can’t seem to let any of them go. I probably won’t ever ride the Pint again since I still have the PintX but it still has a place in my heart for introducing me to the FM life! Thanks for making this possible!!

Great

0 problems I have over 2000 miles on my pint and have not ran into a single problem

Instead

Instead of just turning the function off where it just cuts power to your board at high speeds, their solution is to make you watch 15 videos to warn you if you buy a Onewheel upgraded all to vesk get rid of everything that’s Onewheel essentially on the Onewheel

Privacy and Notification is broken

Getting ads for Onewheel products with no way to op out of it…. It’s annoying that this app needs to ask you to buy more of its products when you already own one. There is a setting for notifications, but tapping on it does nothing.

A sad, derivative end

This app actually started as the best third party Onewheel app, and was purchased and carefully adapted by Future Motion to suck as much as possible.

It also delivers spam notifications, which is in direct violation of app development guidelines.

I was hospitalised from an accident from this board failure

I was going along 35kph and this board just stopped working stopped self levelling which in turn threw me into the road. I require hospitalisation and surgery. Be very careful with this board. It is dangerous. Onewheel were not helpful. And basically said there was nothing wrong with the board.

Watch App needs fixing

The app itself is pretty alright, but the Apple Watch companion app constantly loses connection, and the data like speedometer and ride distance freeze and don’t change.

Trash

Oversold like the device under my feet depreciating at an alarming rate

Antic bike

Guys I hate giving you the 3 star for the app because I love my new antic bike. But the quality of the app is so, so bad. I can’t connect or control my bike from it anymore, it thinks I have a one wheel. The ui is so bad. I know you guys didn’t focus on it or have it to a dev shop overseas. But this app is not what you would expect from a company based in California. Please do something. It simply doesn’t work

Insultingly poor

Seriously? You waste my time with unskippable videos just to say I need a firmware update, and refuse to display the battery level or allow me to change options with current firmware?! I’ve had this board for years just TELL ME THE BATTERY LEVEL

Why does it need location always?

I would give this app five stars, but it has not fixed the incessant location access request pop-up, and I don’t think that Onewheel deserves my location. Please fix the app so that it can use my location when the app is open.

Please be more pro-customer

We love the product, can’t understand why company doesn’t make more pro customer choices. For example:

Why can’t I lock my board via the app for safety? Or use password?
Why do you force me to keep my location on always? Otherwise error message won’t go away and I can’t see my app while riding. It’s dangerous.

Simple choices like these could make a big difference. Love the product but won’t buy another just because of company attitude

Map needs working on

I can use the map to see charging stations or rides might need to look into it

Good app

Does what I need it to do.

Privacy

App is unusable unless you utilize always on gps tracking which violates my personal privacy.

To many vids

They have to give an option to skip the videos its frustrating being forced to watch everything

Can’t skip tutorials?

I got a new phone and it’s making me re-watch the unnecessarily long introduction to OneWheels. I just wanna log in and start using the app again 😭
