Delayed packages
Very disappointing experience. My packages arrived with a one-month delay, causing me additional financial costs. Due to the shipping delays, I had to purchase the same items locally in Armenia while waiting for my original order. To make matters worse, the only compensation offered was a 30% discount on the shipping cost, which is inadequate and ridiculous compared to the double expenses I had to bear. This level of compensation does not reflect the inconvenience or financial impact caused by such delays. The customer support works well tho
