About

Routines aren't a nice-to-have for families of neurodivergent kids — they're load-bearing structure. When the routine breaks, the day breaks. Onflow is a visual schedule app built for parents of kids with autism, ADHD, or both. It's designed by a parent who lives this every day, not by a team chasing a market. WHAT MAKES ONFLOW DIFFERENT — Pictures first, words optional. Your child can run a routine on their own even if they can't read. — Calm by default. No flashing animations, no jarring sounds, no streaks to break, no "you failed" moments. — Two experiences in one app: a setup-focused parent app, and a distraction-free child app. Switch modes with a hidden long-press and a parent PIN — your child stays in their routine. — Sensory-customizable per child. Some kids respond to celebration, others need quiet. Onflow has three sensory themes (Calm, Bright, High contrast) with separate settings for each kid in your family. — Local-first. Onflow runs fully offline. Nothing leaves your device. WHAT'S INSIDE — Visual routines built from a curated library of 80+ icons (brush teeth, get dressed, breakfast, backpack, etc.) or your own photos — Five starter templates: morning, bedtime, after school, leaving the house, calm down — fully editable — Optional timers per step, with three calm visualizations: shrinking circle, draining bar, color shift — Tap-to-pause / tap-to-resume on any timer — "All done" celebration that respects your child's sensory preferences — Back up and restore your routines to move to a new device WHAT ONFLOW IS NOT — Not a behavior tracker. We don't grade your kid. — No streaks. Missing a day doesn't break a chain or punish anyone. — No ads. Ever. Not even house ads. Not even at the free tier. — No accounts required to start. Open the app, add your child, build a routine. Done. — No sticker rewards or gamification. Some families love rewards; others find them harmful. We don't ship one because we want to do it right if we ever do. PRIVACY Onflow is local-first by default — the app works fully offline and your child's data lives on your device. Cloud backup is strictly opt-in: turn it on and your routines are stored securely so you can restore them or use them on another device; leave it off and nothing ever leaves your phone. Either way, we never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and ship no third-party trackers, analytics SDKs, or ad networks. ONFLOW FAMILY The free tier is genuinely useful: one child profile, every routine feature above, fully local, no ads, no signup — forever. No "limited mode," no time-bombed features. Onflow Family is for households that need more, with a 7-day free trial: — Profiles for all your kids, each with their own routines and sensory settings — Cloud backup — your routines safe and available across every phone and tablet you use. Opt-in, encrypted, and never sharing your child's data. — Routine reminders that nudge the day along gently, so steps don't slip — Activity log to look back on each routine — which steps your child finished or skipped, and how long each one took — so you can quietly see what's working and adjust, never to grade or judge Subscribe monthly or annually; cancel anytime in your App Store settings in one tap. Pricing is shown in the app before you commit. BUILT BY ONE PARENT Onflow is made by a single parent of an autistic + ADHD kid, working nights and weekends. If something doesn't work for your family, email me at hello@tenhetapp.com — I read every message. SUBSCRIPTION Onflow Family is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) with a 7-day free trial. The price is shown in-app before purchase and billed to your Apple Account; it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. What's New in Onflow

1.4.0

August 1, 2026

You now choose when each routine happens — morning, mid-day, afternoon, evening, night, or anytime — and your child's home screen groups by that, so what's happening now comes first and nothing gets called "later today" when it has already come round. Step pictures are new: drawn symbols that show the action being done, so a child who can't read yet can follow along. They're free, on every tier. Routines reorder with the arrows on the home screen, dots show how far along a routine is, and on a tablet the whole routine sits alongside the current step.
