I teach golf and have the Onform on three different iPads. Somehow one of them would not work. I called support. Spoke to Steve Hancock extremely patient Guy. and walked me through the system that support system people I’ve ever used thank you very much
Awful, inconsistent app
This app is terrible. 1/2 the time videos don’t actually submit, 1/4 of the time they won’t save, and 1/4 of the time it works. Support is sometimes responsive, but I have yet to have them actually be able to fix anything, and the last issue I sent them they told me one thing only to have the app do a different thing.
I was told it worked better on iOS so I spent $1k on an IPAD for my student athlete and it’s still terrible.
If the organization my kids trained with didn’t use this app and I was offered a free subscription I’d say no. But they do, so I’m forced to use it too….. VERY begrudgingly.

Better than Everything Else
The ability to keep notes for my students, separate from myself, along with the new video and 3d motion capture, c’mon man, this is it!
It just gets better & better!
I’ve been coaching for over 40 years and have seen it all from big vhs cameras to what we have now. Video analysis with onform is the only way to go! The service, update from Onform and the communication with video analysis is the best! Highly recommend if you want to improve your student not only with the technical part however allowing them to really understand their issues.
